"I felt the resentment in your eyes--then I doubted--I thought I must be mistaken--because WHY should it be?"The Mule
After months of silence the studio behind retro-style survival horror game Catequesis have released new, creepy screenshots.

First off, though, the team had to clarify that, yes, they are still working on the game. To prove it, they released a small list of their current activities:

"We are working on cutscenes, foes behaviour, polishing thousands of things… and also we are working on another project at the same time…"

Ooo, another project, eh? OK, that's obviously a while away yet, so let's focus on these new Catequesis screenshots.

There are five of them that you can view in the "Image gallery" tab we have for the game above. A few of them are below, including this one that shows a man in love with a giant red egg at a masquerade party.

There are also scenes in a disturbing hospital where patients are experimented on. The main character is among them. He also happens across some ugly eyeball creatures. Yuck.

A snippet of one of the game's cutscenes gives more insight into what's happening in this hospital. See below.

The other screenshots zoom in on some of the game's religious undertones. A man, who might be a vicar, guards his dead mother.

While worshippers appear to prepare to attack the main character who is armed with a shotgun.

There's still no word of when Catequesis will be ready to appear on Android. So make sure you follow the game on SlideDB so you don't miss the announcement.

You can also check out its website.

Sky Dancer is an upcoming auto-runner by Pine Entertainment, and it's currently looking for beta testers.

Usually I'm not overly wowed by auto-runners but Sky Dancer is really visually striking. Set in a fantasy world, the game mixes auto-running with skydiving (hence the name) as you run, and then leap, from platform to platform, collecting coins as you go.

It's the sort of game that gives you a rise in your stomach as you plummet through wisps of cloud and, while being serenaded by the fitting soundtrack, move from left to right, collecting coins and avoiding obstacles.

Apparently we could be seeing Sky Dancer hit the App Store as soon as December, and the feedback on the game is so far very positive indeed, minus one or two bugs.

If it looks like a game you're interested in, head over to the forum now and get involved!
Playing patient sports in unconstrained gyves!
